Return Policy

Lifecare Medical Product return policy,

1. The purchased products can be returned by the original purchaser before two weeks
   from the purchasing date. The merchandize has to be in exact shape and packaging as the time of purchasing with no sign of usage.
2. No return for Toilet safety, Bath Safety and any product in contact with skin.
3. No return for special orders.
4. No return for custom made products.
5. It will be LifeCare Medical discretion about choosing the payment method of refunding.
6. Any problem caused by manufacturer’s defect or malfunction of the product has to be reported to LifeCare Medical ASAP.
